RW Express agrees to exercise reasonable care in the transportation and handling of all cargo across every delivery we accept. Our commitment to your freight doesn't end when the van door closes — it lasts until confirmed delivery is complete.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to transport, RW Express's liability for cargo loss or damage is limited to protect both parties while ensuring a fair and enforceable standard.
Liability is limited to the lesser of: the documented replacement value of the affected shipment portion, or $500.00 per delivery occurrence. Any deviation from this limit must be agreed upon in writing before the delivery departs.
RW Express shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or event-related damages resulting from delays, service interruptions, or cargo issues that arise beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to: traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle maintenance emergencies, force majeure events, or applicable transportation safety regulations.
Any cargo damage concerns must be reported within 72 hours of confirmed delivery completion. This allows RW Express to promptly investigate and address the concern. Reports submitted after this window cannot be guaranteed a resolution under standard liability terms.
RW Express maintains all active licensing, vehicle insurance, and legal compliance required to operate as a carrier in the State of Florida for the duration of every business engagement.
RW Express is committed to providing reliable, professional delivery services on every booking. However, all scheduling, estimated delivery timing, and service availability remain subject to factors outside of RW Express's reasonable control.

RW Express is based in Jacksonville, Florida and provides cargo delivery services throughout Jacksonville and surrounding counties, with statewide Florida capability depending on load and scheduling requirements.
Jacksonville metro area and all surrounding counties. Statewide Florida deliveries available — contact us directly to confirm availability for routes outside of Jacksonville metro.
Morning · Afternoon · Evening windows available on scheduled deliveries. Expedited dispatch available for time-sensitive freight at the cheapest of $75 flat or $1.00/mile — system auto-applies whichever is lower.
A +$100 surcharge applies to deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. This is disclosed and calculated automatically in the quote tool before any booking is confirmed.
To ensure safe and legal operation, the following limitations apply to all RW Express deliveries:
RW Express supports multi-stop deliveries, whether booked in advance through the quote tool or added en route. The following pricing structure applies to protect both the client and RW Express:
When a client books a multi-stop route upfront using the quote tool, the full calculated driving mileage across all stops is charged at the standard or applicable rate. The quote tool automatically sums all route legs and displays the total mileage before booking. Maximum of 5 total stops per delivery job.
If a client requests an additional stop after a delivery is already in progress (e.g. calling RW Express while en route to add a second drop-off along the way), the following applies:
Example: Original job is 20 miles. Client calls en route to add a stop that extends route by 3 miles in the same direction. En-route mileage charge: 3 mi × $4.75 = $14.25 — plus applicable load/unload fee. Booking stops upfront at time of quote is always the better value.
This section outlines the general terms that govern any formal business partnership, recurring client relationship, or partner pricing agreement with RW Express. All terms are designed to be clear, fair, and enforceable by both parties.
The Preferred Client Program rewards loyalty with reduced mileage rates after 15 completed deliveries. Understanding the program's annual structure ensures there are no surprises.
Preferred Client status is valid for one (1) year from the date the client is officially added to the program. Delivery counts and Preferred Client rates reset at the end of each annual cycle. Clients must re-qualify by completing 15 deliveries in the new cycle to maintain Preferred Client pricing.
Your annual cycle begins on the date RW Express officially confirms your enrollment in the Preferred Client Program — not the date of your first delivery. Contact us directly to confirm your enrollment date and current cycle status.
