📦Cargo Handling Standards

RW Express agrees to exercise reasonable care in the transportation and handling of all cargo across every delivery we accept. Our commitment to your freight doesn't end when the van door closes — it lasts until confirmed delivery is complete.

  • Professional Loading & Securing — All cargo is loaded, positioned, and secured using professional methods appropriate to the shipment's weight, dimensions, and fragility.
  • Vehicle Compliance — Our 2021 Ford Transit Sprinter Van is maintained in compliance with all DOT and Florida state regulations, with a maximum cargo capacity of 3,451 LBS and interior dimensions of 11.4ft × 6.2ft × 5.8ft.
  • Personnel & Site Professionalism — All cargo, personnel, and locations associated with any delivery are treated with professionalism, respect, and care from pickup through final delivery.
  • Delivery Confirmation — Every completed delivery is confirmed, and any issues observed at time of delivery will be communicated to the client promptly.

⚠️Liability for Cargo Loss or Damage

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to transport, RW Express's liability for cargo loss or damage is limited to protect both parties while ensuring a fair and enforceable standard.

Standard Liability Cap — Per Delivery Occurrence

Liability is limited to the lesser of: the documented replacement value of the affected shipment portion, or $500.00 per delivery occurrence. Any deviation from this limit must be agreed upon in writing before the delivery departs.

Excluded Liability

RW Express shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or event-related damages resulting from delays, service interruptions, or cargo issues that arise beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to: traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle maintenance emergencies, force majeure events, or applicable transportation safety regulations.

72-Hour Damage Reporting Window

Any cargo damage concerns must be reported within 72 hours of confirmed delivery completion. This allows RW Express to promptly investigate and address the concern. Reports submitted after this window cannot be guaranteed a resolution under standard liability terms.

🛡️Insurance & Licensing

RW Express maintains all active licensing, vehicle insurance, and legal compliance required to operate as a carrier in the State of Florida for the duration of every business engagement.

  • DOT# 4426222 — Active U.S. Department of Transportation registration, maintained in good standing.
  • Vehicle Insurance — Active vehicle insurance maintained on our 2021 Ford Transit Sprinter Van.
  • Florida Compliance — All operations conducted in full compliance with applicable Florida and federal transportation regulations.
  • LLC Registration — RW Express operates as RW&LLF LLC, a registered Florida limited liability company.

⚙️Service Availability & Scheduling

RW Express is committed to providing reliable, professional delivery services on every booking. However, all scheduling, estimated delivery timing, and service availability remain subject to factors outside of RW Express's reasonable control.

This includes — but is not limited to:

  • Traffic Conditions — Jacksonville metro and Florida highway congestion, accidents, or construction delays.
  • Weather Events — Hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, severe weather warnings, or other natural conditions affecting safe transit.
  • Vehicle Maintenance — Unplanned mechanical needs that require temporary suspension of service to ensure safe operation.
  • Road Closures — Government-ordered or emergency closures of routes necessary to complete a delivery.
  • Labor Limitations — Capacity constraints due to operator availability or high-volume booking periods.
  • Force Majeure Events — Acts of God, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or any event beyond the control of either party.
  • Transportation Safety Regulations — Mandatory compliance stops, DOT inspections, or legally required service pauses.

📣Communication Standards

RW Express believes that proactive communication is the best foundation for handling the unexpected. We commit to the following communication standards across all business relationships:

  • Proactive Delay Notification — If any delay, rescheduling need, or service interruption is anticipated, RW Express will communicate this to the client as early as reasonably possible.
  • Booking Confirmation — Delivery bookings will be confirmed as soon as possible following submission via the website, phone, or email.
  • Capacity Transparency — Any known scheduling limitations or capacity constraints that may affect a client's delivery will be communicated before the booking is finalized.
  • Reachability — RW Express is reachable by phone at 904-270-9714 and by email at Rwexpress29@gmail.com during standard business hours.

RW Express is based in Jacksonville, Florida and provides cargo delivery services throughout Jacksonville and surrounding counties, with statewide Florida capability depending on load and scheduling requirements.

Jacksonville metro area and all surrounding counties. Statewide Florida deliveries available — contact us directly to confirm availability for routes outside of Jacksonville metro.

Delivery Windows Available

Morning · Afternoon · Evening windows available on scheduled deliveries. Expedited dispatch available for time-sensitive freight at the cheapest of $75 flat or $1.00/mile — system auto-applies whichever is lower.

Weekend & Holiday Surcharge

A +$100 surcharge applies to deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. This is disclosed and calculated automatically in the quote tool before any booking is confirmed.

🚫Service Limitations

To ensure safe and legal operation, the following limitations apply to all RW Express deliveries:

  • Weight Cap: Maximum cargo weight of 3,451 LBS per delivery. Loads exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
  • Dimension Cap: Maximum interior cargo space of 11.4ft × 6.2ft × 5.8ft. Items exceeding these dimensions require prior written approval.
  • Prohibited Cargo: Hazardous materials, live animals, illegal substances, or any cargo prohibited under federal, state, or local law will not be transported.
  • Special Arrangements: Cargo requiring special handling, climate control, or conditions beyond our current equipment must be discussed and agreed upon before booking.

📍Multi-Stop & Route Add-On Policy

RW Express supports multi-stop deliveries, whether booked in advance through the quote tool or added en route. The following pricing structure applies to protect both the client and RW Express:

Pre-Booked Multi-Stop Routes

When a client books a multi-stop route upfront using the quote tool, the full calculated driving mileage across all stops is charged at the standard or applicable rate. The quote tool automatically sums all route legs and displays the total mileage before booking. Maximum of 5 total stops per delivery job.

En-Route Add-On Stop Policy

If a client requests an additional stop after a delivery is already in progress (e.g. calling RW Express while en route to add a second drop-off along the way), the following applies:

  • The original job is charged at full price — no change.
  • The add-on stop is charged at the full standard load/unload rate for the cargo weight.
  • The mileage for the add-on stop is charged at a premium en-route rate of $4.75 per additional mile added to the original route. This is a privilege service — not a standard rate. Plan your stops at booking to avoid the premium.

Example: Original job is 20 miles. Client calls en route to add a stop that extends route by 3 miles in the same direction. En-route mileage charge: 3 mi × $4.75 = $14.25 — plus applicable load/unload fee. Booking stops upfront at time of quote is always the better value.

Policy Scope & Limits
  • Maximum 5 stops total per delivery job regardless of booking method.
  • En-route add-ons are subject to driver availability, route feasibility, and time constraints at Roy's sole discretion.
  • The $4.75/mi en-route rate applies only to stops in the same general direction as the original route. Detours or out-of-direction stops are quoted separately at Roy's discretion.
  • All add-on stops must be verbally confirmed with Roy at 904-270-9714 before execution.

📋Partnership Agreement Terms

This section outlines the general terms that govern any formal business partnership, recurring client relationship, or partner pricing agreement with RW Express. All terms are designed to be clear, fair, and enforceable by both parties.

Effective Date All partnership agreements are effective upon the date of signing or written confirmation by both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding — all terms require written documentation.
Standard Agreement Duration Partnership agreements are structured with a defined review period — typically aligned with calendar year-end. The initial agreed period remains in full force unless modified by mutual written consent of both parties.
Rate Review Period A comprehensive rate review is conducted at the conclusion of each agreement period to evaluate market conditions, industry shifts, business growth, and mutual performance before determining any pricing adjustments for the following period.
Early Review Request Either party may request an early review if significant business circumstances change for either organization. Early reviews do not automatically modify existing rates — both parties must agree in writing to any changes.
Exit & Termination — 60 Days Written Notice Either party may exit a formal partnership agreement with 60 days written notice. Partner pricing and agreed benefits apply through the full end of that 60-day notice period. After exit, standard published pricing applies.
Non-Transferability Partner pricing, discount codes, and preferential rates are not transferable to affiliated organizations, subsidiaries, or third parties. They apply exclusively to the named business entity in the agreement.

Preferred Client Program — Annual Cycle

The Preferred Client Program rewards loyalty with reduced mileage rates after 15 completed deliveries. Understanding the program's annual structure ensures there are no surprises.

Annual Reset Policy

Preferred Client status is valid for one (1) year from the date the client is officially added to the program. Delivery counts and Preferred Client rates reset at the end of each annual cycle. Clients must re-qualify by completing 15 deliveries in the new cycle to maintain Preferred Client pricing.

When Does My Year Start?

Your annual cycle begins on the date RW Express officially confirms your enrollment in the Preferred Client Program — not the date of your first delivery. Contact us directly to confirm your enrollment date and current cycle status.

  • Unlock Threshold: 15 completed deliveries with RW Express within your active annual cycle.
  • Rate Validity: Preferred Client rates apply for the remainder of your active annual cycle after unlocking.
  • Annual Reset: Delivery counts reset to zero at the start of each new annual cycle regardless of prior status.
  • Re-Qualification: Complete 15 deliveries in the new cycle to restore Preferred Client rates — no exemptions or carryovers.
  • Code Confidentiality: Your Preferred Client access code is personal and must not be shared with third parties.

🤝Partner Discount Codes

RW Express maintains a small number of partner discount codes tied to formal business relationships. All discount codes are governed by the following conditions:

  • Codes Are Exclusive — Each code is issued to a specific business entity or individual and is not transferable, resaleable, or shareable outside the intended recipient.
  • Confidentiality — RW Express will not disclose any partner's discount code or pricing terms to third parties. Partners are equally expected to keep their code confidential.
  • Right to Revoke — RW Express reserves the right to revoke or modify any discount code in the event of misuse, breach of confidentiality, or material change in the business relationship, with written notice provided to the affected party.
  • No Cash Value — Discount codes carry no cash redemption value and may not be applied retroactively to completed deliveries.

  • Safe, Reliable, Professional Service — Every booking is executed with the same level of professionalism and care regardless of load size, distance, or client type.
  • Full Regulatory Compliance — Active DOT licensing, vehicle insurance, and all legal requirements to operate as a carrier in Florida are maintained without interruption.
  • Pricing Integrity — All rates are displayed before you book. No hidden fees, no post-booking surprises. What the quote says is what you pay.
  • Locked Partner Pricing — Any agreed partner or preferred pricing is honored without modification for the duration of the agreed term, except by mutual written agreement.
  • Proactive Communication — Scheduling limitations, delays, capacity issues, or changes that may affect your delivery will be communicated as early as possible — not after the fact.
  • Fast Booking Confirmation — Delivery bookings are confirmed as soon as possible following submission. You won't be left waiting and wondering.
  • Cargo & Location Respect — All cargo, personnel, and pickup/delivery locations are treated with professionalism and care on every run.
  • Code Confidentiality — Partner discount codes and partner pricing structures are never disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
  • Availability for Check-Ins — Any partnership check-in meeting requested with reasonable advance notice will be attended and taken seriously.

📌What We Ask in Return

A strong business relationship works both ways. Here is what RW Express respectfully asks of all clients and partners to keep operations running smoothly:

  • Accurate Booking Information — Provide correct pickup address, drop-off address, weight, dimensions, and any special handling needs at the time of booking.
  • Timely Payment — Payment is due within the agreed timeframe following delivery confirmation. Recurring late payment may affect booking priority.
  • Cargo Damage Reporting — Any damage concerns must be reported within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. Late reports limit our ability to investigate and resolve.
  • Code Confidentiality — Preferred Client and partner discount codes are personal. Do not share them with third parties — misuse may result in code revocation.
  • Reasonable Notice for Large Bookings — For high-volume or oversized loads, advance notice allows us to properly prepare and confirm availability.
  • Good Faith Communication — If your needs, schedule, or circumstances change, communicate with us early. We are always willing to work with clients who communicate in good faith.

📜Governing Law & Modifications

All RW Express business relationships are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any formal partnership agreements are subject to the following general principles:

  • Written Modifications Only — No verbal agreement modifies any written term. All changes to agreed pricing, terms, or conditions require written documentation signed by both parties.
  • Severability — If any provision of an agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement — Any written agreement between RW Express and a client or partner represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior verbal or written communications on the same subject.
