💳 What payment methods does RW Express accept?

RW Express accepts a wide range of payment methods to make things as convenient as possible for every client. Here's everything we accept:

⏰ When is payment due — before or after the delivery?

RW Express offers flexible payment timing — we understand that every client's situation is different.

Option 1 — Pay After Booking Confirmation

Once RW Express reviews and confirms your booking, payment is optional immediately following confirmation. You are welcome to pay at that point if it is convenient, but it is not required before the delivery departs.

Option 2 — Pay Upon Delivery Completion

Payment upon completion of delivery is the standard operation for RW Express. Once the delivery is confirmed complete, payment is collected. This is the most common arrangement across all client types.

What We Don't Accept

"I'll pay tomorrow" after a delivery is complete, promises on a future paycheck, disputed card charges the day of delivery, or any other arrangement not agreed upon at booking. Payment must be confirmed before or upon completion of the delivery as pre-agreed. No exceptions.

🏢 Is there a NET-30 or invoicing option for business partners?

Yes — and this is one of the most attractive perks RW Express offers to serious business partners. Payment flexibility, including NET-30 invoicing, is available under the right conditions.

⭐ Partnership Payment Flexibility — Up to NET-30

Formal business partners with a pledged volume of greater than 250 deliveries per month are eligible to discuss NET-30 payment terms. This means you receive an invoice 1–3 days after completed delivery and have 30 days to remit payment — a true enterprise-level arrangement that RW Express makes available to committed, high-volume partners.

For all other clients and partners, standard payment terms apply (pay after booking confirmation or upon completion as pre-agreed).

📧 Do I receive a receipt or invoice after payment?

Yes. Every completed booking generates a confirmation email with the full pricing breakdown and delivery details. Formal invoices are available 1–3 days after completion of delivery — contact Rwexpress29@gmail.com to request one.

📋 How do I book a delivery with RW Express?

Booking is fast and simple. Visit rwexpressjax.com/quote and choose one of three modes at the top:

  • Book a Delivery — Standard delivery with instant pricing. Enter your pickup and drop-off, cargo details, date, and delivery type. The system calculates your exact quote before you commit.
  • Send Quote to Client — If you're a business booking on behalf of a client, use this mode. Toggle "Booking on behalf of a client?" to include the client name and item description in the booking email.
  • Special Request — For custom jobs, assembly-only, same-building moves, or anything non-standard. Fill in the details and Roy responds directly with pricing, typically within the same business day.

After submitting, Roy reviews and confirms the booking. You'll receive a confirmation with all details and payment instructions.

⚡ How quickly does RW Express confirm a booking?

RW Express commits to confirming booking requests as soon as possible after submission — you will not be left waiting and wondering. For same-day or next-day bookings, please call or text Roy directly at 904-270-9714 to ensure fastest response time. For Special Requests, Roy typically responds within the same business day.

📅 Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

Yes. The booking calendar allows you to select any future date and time window (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening). You can also book Full Service (round-trip) deliveries with a return date. The system automatically selects "Scheduled" mode for future dates and "Rush/Expedited" for same-day bookings. Plan as far ahead as you need.

🔄 Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes — please contact Roy as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Call or text 904-270-9714 or email Rwexpress29@gmail.com. Early notice allows RW Express to adjust scheduling and ensures the best outcome for both parties. Same-day cancellations should always be communicated by phone for fastest response.

Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made within 8 hours of the scheduled delivery start time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the quoted delivery price. This fee applies because the time slot has been reserved and cannot be reallocated on short notice. To avoid the fee, cancel or reschedule with more than 8 hours advance notice.

👥 Can I book a delivery on behalf of one of my clients?

Absolutely — this feature was built specifically for businesses like event companies, contractors, and coordinators who manage deliveries for their clients. On the quote page, after calculating your estimate, toggle "Booking on behalf of a client?" in the email section. Enter the client name and item description, and Roy will receive all the details in the booking email so he knows exactly who and what is being delivered. This is the standard workflow for all All About Events bookings.

📏 How is the delivery price calculated?

Your delivery price is calculated by the quote tool instantly and automatically. The total is based on several factors:

  • Mileage Rate — Standard rates range from $3.30/mile (1–25 miles) down to $2.25/mile (126+ miles). The longer the trip, the lower the per-mile cost.
  • Load/Unload Fee — Based on cargo weight: ≤100 LBS is free. 100–250 LBS = $25. Up to $200 for maximum loads of 3,451 LBS.
  • Rush/Expedited Fee — For same-day bookings: the cheaper of $75 flat or $1.00/mile — system automatically applies whichever is lower.
  • Weekend/Holiday Surcharge — +$100 for Saturday, Sunday, or Federal Holidays.
  • Full Service (Round-Trip) — Quote × 2. Includes delivery and return in one booking.
  • Assembly/Disassembly — Add-on service: Tiny $20 · Small $35 · Medium $50 · Large $75 · Extra Large $100 per item.

⭐ What are Preferred Client rates and how do I qualify?

Preferred Client rates are RW Express's loyalty pricing tier — significantly lower per-mile rates that reward clients who book consistently.

How to Qualify

Complete 15 deliveries with RW Express. After your 15th job, you receive your Preferred Client code and locked-in rates ranging from $2.30/mile (1–25 miles) down to $1.80/mile (126+ miles).

Annual Reset

Preferred Client status is valid for 1 year from enrollment. Delivery counts reset annually — re-qualify each cycle by completing 15 more deliveries. After completion of your 15th delivery, RW Express will provide your Preferred Client code within 2 business days.

📦 Is there a minimum order or minimum distance requirement?

There is no minimum distance requirement — RW Express serves short local moves and longer cross-county runs equally. There is no minimum cargo weight either. However, very small or very short jobs may benefit from the Special Request mode where Roy can review the details and provide custom pricing. When in doubt, submit a quote — it's instant and free with no commitment.

🏗️ What does the Assembly & Disassembly service cost?

Assembly and Disassembly is available as an add-on to any standard delivery. Pricing is per item by size:

  • Tiny — $20.00 per item (small accessories, brackets, hardware)
  • Small — $35.00 per item (chairs, side tables, small shelving)
  • Medium — $50.00 per item (desks, bookshelves, bed frames)
  • Large — $75.00 per item (sectionals, large office furniture)
  • Extra Large — $100.00 per item (entertainment centers, large wardrobes)

Select quantities directly on the quote page under Step 07. Charges are added automatically to your estimate total and appear as a separate line item in the confirmation email.

📍 How are multi-stop or en-route add-on deliveries priced?

RW Express handles multi-stop jobs two ways — pre-booked through the quote tool, or added en route while a delivery is already in progress.

Pre-Booked Multi-Stop

Use the + Add Another Stop button on the quote page to add up to 5 total stops before booking. The quote tool automatically calculates the full driving route across all stops and prices accordingly — you see the total before you confirm. No surprises.

En-Route Add-On (called in while delivery is in progress)

The original job stays at full price. The add-on stop is charged at the full load/unload rate for the cargo weight, plus a premium en-route rate of $4.75 per additional mile added to the original route. This is a premium privilege — not the standard rate. Book your stops upfront to avoid this fee.

Example: Your route is 20 miles. You call Roy 10 minutes out and add a stop 3 miles further in the same direction. En-route mileage: 3 mi × $4.75 = $14.25 plus applicable load/unload fee. Booking upfront would have cost far less.

All en-route add-ons must be confirmed directly with Roy at 904-270-9714. Maximum 5 total stops per delivery job.

RW Express is based in Jacksonville, Florida and primarily serves Jacksonville and all surrounding counties — Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau, Flagler, and Putnam (Palatka). We also service statewide Florida routes depending on load and scheduling requirements.

⚖️ What is the maximum cargo weight and size you can handle?

RW Express operates a 2021 Ford Transit Sprinter Van with the following maximums:

  • Maximum Cargo Weight: 3,451 LBS per delivery
  • Interior Dimensions: 11.4ft (L) × 6.2ft (W) × 5.8ft (H)

Loads exceeding these limits cannot be accepted. If you're unsure whether your cargo fits, use the Special Request mode to describe your shipment and Roy will confirm before committing to the job.

🕐 What delivery time windows are available?

RW Express offers the following delivery windows for scheduled bookings:

  • Morning — Early delivery window
  • Afternoon — 12 PM–5 PM window
  • Evening — Later delivery window
  • Same-Day Expedited — Rush service available. The Rush fee is automatically the lesser of $75 flat or $1.00/mile — whichever saves you more money.

♻️ What is Full Service (Round-Trip) delivery?

Full Service Delivery is a round-trip option where RW Express delivers your cargo and then returns it to the original pickup location — all in one booking. The price is your standard quote × 2. You select a return date on the calendar in the quote tool. This is ideal for event equipment, rental items, or any cargo that needs to come back after use.

🚫 Are there any items you won't transport?

Yes. The following cargo will not be accepted under any circumstances:

  • Hazardous Materials — Any HAZMAT-classified items, flammable liquids, or chemical agents
  • Live Animals — RW Express is not equipped for live animal transport
  • Illegal Substances — Any cargo prohibited under federal, state, or local law
  • Oversized Cargo — Items exceeding 3,451 LBS or van interior dimensions
  • Items Requiring Special Climate Control — Without prior written agreement

Special Request mode is for jobs that don't fit the standard delivery calculator. Use it when:

  • You need Assembly or Disassembly only (no delivery involved)
  • You're moving cargo within the same building or floor
  • The job is custom or multi-step and requires Roy's direct input
  • You're unsure of cargo weight or dimensions
  • The request doesn't fit standard delivery in any way

When you submit a Special Request, Roy receives your full contact info, address, date, weight/dimensions, and your description. He reviews it manually and responds with custom pricing — typically within the same business day.

🤝 How does a formal business partnership with RW Express work?

RW Express works with a select number of formal business partners — companies or individuals who commit to consistent, recurring delivery volume. A formal partnership includes written terms, locked-in preferred pricing for the agreement term, and enhanced service commitments from RW Express.

📋 What are the terms and exit conditions for a partnership?

All RW Express partnership agreements include the following standard terms:

  • Written Agreement Required — No verbal partnership agreements. All terms, pricing, and conditions are documented.
  • 60-Day Written Exit Notice — Either party may exit with 60 days written notice. Partner pricing remains active through the full 60-day period.
  • Rate Review Period — Rates are reviewed at the end of each agreement period before the next term begins.
  • Non-Transferability — Partner discount codes and preferential rates are not transferable to affiliated organizations or third parties.
  • Confidentiality — RW Express will never disclose partner codes or pricing to third parties.

📦 What is the minimum volume for partnership consideration?

There's no strict minimum to begin a conversation about partnership — RW Express is open to discussing arrangements with any business that has consistent, recurring delivery needs. However, the most favorable terms (including NET-30 payment) are available to partners with a pledged volume of 250+ deliveries per month. Even smaller consistent volumes qualify for preferred pricing once 15 deliveries are completed.

🔒 Is my partner discount code confidential?

Yes — completely. Your partner discount code is issued exclusively to your business entity and is protected by your partnership agreement. RW Express will never share your code or pricing terms with any third party. You are equally expected to keep your code confidential — codes that are misused, shared, or disclosed outside the intended recipient may be revoked with written notice.

🛡️ Is RW Express licensed and insured?

Yes — fully. RW Express operates as RW&LLF LLC, a registered Florida limited liability company. We maintain:

  • DOT# 4426222 — Active U.S. Department of Transportation registration, maintained in good standing
  • Vehicle Insurance — Active vehicle insurance on our 2021 Ford Transit Sprinter Van
