RW Express offers flexible payment timing — we understand that every client's situation is different.
Once RW Express reviews and confirms your booking, payment is optional immediately following confirmation. You are welcome to pay at that point if it is convenient, but it is not required before the delivery departs.
Payment upon completion of delivery is the standard operation for RW Express. Once the delivery is confirmed complete, payment is collected. This is the most common arrangement across all client types.
"I'll pay tomorrow" after a delivery is complete, promises on a future paycheck, disputed card charges the day of delivery, or any other arrangement not agreed upon at booking. Payment must be confirmed before or upon completion of the delivery as pre-agreed. No exceptions.
Yes — and this is one of the most attractive perks RW Express offers to serious business partners. Payment flexibility, including NET-30 invoicing, is available under the right conditions.
Formal business partners with a pledged volume of greater than 250 deliveries per month are eligible to discuss NET-30 payment terms. This means you receive an invoice 1–3 days after completed delivery and have 30 days to remit payment — a true enterprise-level arrangement that RW Express makes available to committed, high-volume partners.

For all other clients and partners, standard payment terms apply (pay after booking confirmation or upon completion as pre-agreed).

Yes. The booking calendar allows you to select any future date and time window (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening). You can also book Full Service (round-trip) deliveries with a return date. The system automatically selects "Scheduled" mode for future dates and "Rush/Expedited" for same-day bookings. Plan as far ahead as you need.

Early notice allows RW Express to adjust scheduling and ensures the best outcome for both parties. Same-day cancellations should always be communicated by phone for fastest response.
Cancellations made within 8 hours of the scheduled delivery start time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the quoted delivery price. This fee applies because the time slot has been reserved and cannot be reallocated on short notice. To avoid the fee, cancel or reschedule with more than 8 hours advance notice.
Absolutely — this feature was built specifically for businesses like event companies, contractors, and coordinators who manage deliveries for their clients. On the quote page, after calculating your estimate, toggle "Booking on behalf of a client?" in the email section. Enter the client name and item description, and Roy will receive all the details in the booking email so he knows exactly who and what is being delivered. This is the standard workflow for all All About Events bookings.
Your delivery price is calculated by the quote tool instantly and automatically. The total is based on several factors:
All fees are shown as separate line items before you submit — no guessing, no surprises.
Preferred Client rates are RW Express's loyalty pricing tier — significantly lower per-mile rates that reward clients who book consistently.
Complete 15 deliveries with RW Express. After your 15th job, you receive your Preferred Client code and locked-in rates ranging from $2.30/mile (1–25 miles) down to $1.80/mile (126+ miles).
Preferred Client status is valid for 1 year from enrollment. Delivery counts reset annually — re-qualify each cycle by completing 15 more deliveries. After completion of your 15th delivery, RW Express will provide your Preferred Client code within 2 business days.
There is no minimum distance requirement — RW Express serves short local moves and longer cross-county runs equally. There is no minimum cargo weight either. However, very small or very short jobs may benefit from the Special Request mode where Roy can review the details and provide custom pricing. When in doubt, submit a quote — it's instant and free with no commitment.
Assembly and Disassembly is available as an add-on to any standard delivery. Pricing is per item by size:
Select quantities directly on the quote page under Step 07. Charges are added automatically to your estimate total and appear as a separate line item in the confirmation email.
RW Express handles multi-stop jobs two ways — pre-booked through the quote tool, or added en route while a delivery is already in progress.
Use the + Add Another Stop button on the quote page to add up to 5 total stops before booking. The quote tool automatically calculates the full driving route across all stops and prices accordingly — you see the total before you confirm. No surprises.
The original job stays at full price. The add-on stop is charged at the full load/unload rate for the cargo weight, plus a premium en-route rate of $4.75 per additional mile added to the original route. This is a premium privilege — not the standard rate. Book your stops upfront to avoid this fee.
Example: Your route is 20 miles. You call Roy 10 minutes out and add a stop 3 miles further in the same direction. En-route mileage: 3 mi × $4.75 = $14.25 plus applicable load/unload fee. Booking upfront would have cost far less.
All en-route add-ons must be confirmed directly with Roy at 904-270-9714. Maximum 5 total stops per delivery job.
RW Express is based in Jacksonville, Florida and primarily serves Jacksonville and all surrounding counties — Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau, Flagler, and Putnam (Palatka). We also service statewide Florida routes depending on load and scheduling requirements.

Full Service Delivery is a round-trip option where RW Express delivers your cargo and then returns it to the original pickup location — all in one booking. The price is your standard quote × 2. You select a return date on the calendar in the quote tool. This is ideal for event equipment, rental items, or any cargo that needs to come back after use.

Yes — completely. Your partner discount code is issued exclusively to your business entity and is protected by your partnership agreement. RW Express will never share your code or pricing terms with any third party. You are equally expected to keep your code confidential — codes that are misused, shared, or disclosed outside the intended recipient may be revoked with written notice.
