I was born in 1996 in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Growing up, life wasn't conventional — but it shaped everything I am today. My mother struggled from an early age, and while our relationship was unconventional, my love for her was unconditional. She was still my mother, and that never changed.
The person who filled every role a child could need — advisor, motivator, teacher, cook, and anchor — was my grandmother, Laura Hattie-Mae Foster. She was my rock and guiding light. She pushed me to reach for more, no matter the obstacles in our path.
On December 12, 2013, I lost my greatest inspiration. At her funeral, I heard testimonies from people I'd never met — lives she had touched by opening her home and heart during their times of need. That day, I made a vow: to dedicate my life to helping others and being a force for good in the world. RW Express is that vow in action.
In 2019, I graduated from Fairmont State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. It was a bittersweet moment — the culmination of everything my grandmother worked so hard to prepare me for, but she wasn't there to witness it. Even so, I know she was with me in spirit, guiding and protecting me like the angel she is.
That education gave me the tools. Her legacy gave me the drive. And life gave me the urgency — because I made a promise. I promised my mother she would never have to worry about where her next meal comes from or feel alone. I promised my grandmother her name would live on. RW Express is how I keep both promises.
RW Express is more than a company — it's a continuation of my grandmother's legacy. It is about serving our community with integrity, compassion, and excellence. Every package we deliver is a reflection of the values she instilled in me: honesty, reliability, and care for others. We don't just move packages — we move with purpose.
RW&LLF LLC was officially founded on June 20, 2025, as a Limited Liability Company based in Jacksonville, Florida. We specialize in basic-freight transportation using Sprinter vans, designed for the warehouses, small businesses, corporations, e-commerce stores, construction companies, and individual clients who need a carrier they can actually count on.
Our goal isn't just to deliver freight — it's to convert every shipper into a loyal partner. We do that by showing up, every single time, with the same level of care and consistency we'd show family.
I bring a rare combination of personal motivation, formal business education, and real-world hardship-to-leadership experience. This business is not just a way to earn income — it's a legacy-driven mission built in honor of my grandmother and for the well-being of my mother.
With a Bachelor's in Business Management, a thorough understanding of logistics tools and load board platforms (DAT ONE, 123Loadboard, CurriDriver, GoShare, Bungii), and an unshakable work ethic, I'm uniquely positioned to lead RW Express to the top. My life story of perseverance, combined with strategic vision and genuine passion, makes me more than just a founder — I'm a community steward, ready to scale an honest, inclusive, and high-performing transportation business.
I want my mother to know she never has to worry. I want my grandmother's name to be remembered in the success of every mile we drive. And I want this city — this community — to have a carrier they can trust unconditionally. That's why I'm doing this. That's why I won't stop.
